RnR Grammar

We had some lovely third conditional today, there’s nothing I love more! It makes you sound very intelligent if you use it well (as most English people can’t!), so make sure you learn it well!

I said:

If you had called me Marty 20 years ago, that would’ve been fine (to call me Marty now).

Just remember that formula baby: HAD + PAST PARTICIPLE for the ‘if’ part, then WOULD HAVE + PAST PARTICIPLE for the second part and BOOM!

When you have listened to the podcast and read the above, then you’re ready for the quiz below! 👊

Good luck!

Good Podcast. I listen to the episode you made with Luke, from luke’s english podcast. I’m new to this things of podcasts and yours is really good, I liked it at once. Great job, keep on like that. Another thing is that you teach also expressions and slang, and I think that the fact that I either know or recognize most of it is a good indicator, yet, there’s still a lot to learn. Slang seems endless!!
