Listen to HOW animals make you HEALTHIER, what animals scare Dan and a dog that wants to kill me! Lots of talk about bum holes again plus the usual RnR vocabulary like:

  • My English has really come along
  • I would rather have a heart attack
  • My self-esteem is sky high
  • I’ve never got over my rabbit dying
  • The dog is going to go ape shit when it sees you
  • Stroking animals reduces stress
  • A stray dog under my house wants to kill me
  • The dog starts barking
  • That’s one thing I detest about you

RnR Grammar

This is more pronunciation than grammar, but as I don’t have a RnR pronunciation section, I thought I would include it here!

A common thing that Dan and I say on the show is:

“you could’ve / would’ve / should’ve bin….

The ‘bin’ part is not actually correct, the word we want to say is ‘been’. However, if you speak to any mother tongue English speaker, this will always be shorted to ‘bin’ when “could’ve”, “would’ve”, “should’ve” or even “might’ve” come before it.

IMPORTANT – writing words like “could’ve”, “should’ve” etc. in this way is VERY informal, only do this if you are writing to a very close friend and it doesn’t look so great!

When you have listened to the podcast and read the above, then you’re ready for the quiz below!

Good luck!
